How do I get my ticket after paying?
Once your Paystack payment is completed, your ticket with a unique QR code is generated instantly and sent to your email. You can also view it in your dashboard under My Tickets.
What payment methods are supported?
KwikTik uses Paystack for secure online payments. You can pay with your debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. Your ticket is confirmed automatically — no manual verification needed.
My payment was confirmed but I didn't receive my ticket. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log into your KwikTik dashboard — your tickets are always accessible there. If you still have issues, contact us on WhatsApp at +234 808 022 0063.
How do I list my event and sell tickets on KwikTik?
Create a free vendor account at kwiktik.com/register.html, complete your profile, and you'll gain access to the vendor dashboard where you can create events, set ticket types and prices, and start selling within minutes.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests. KwikTik can help mediate if needed — reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.
